Chevening Scholarships For International Students, UK 2024/25

Chevening Scholarships scheme aims at providing exceptional emerging leaders from around the world with the opportunity to pursue one-year master’s degrees in the United Kingdom.

A Chevening Scholar comes from diverse backgrounds, but successful applicants often share qualities such as ambition, leadership potential, and strong academic credentials.

We encourage individuals who meet our eligibility criteria and other requirements to apply. Your gender, age (there is no upper age limit), sexual orientation, religion, marital or parental status, caste, class, or any other personal attributes do not factor into our decision. What we value most is your ability to submit a compelling application that demonstrates your readiness to excel in a rigorous master’s program in the UK and your clear vision for your future, and perhaps even for your sector or your country.

Chevening Scholarships are granted to individuals with robust academic backgrounds who also exhibit leadership potential. This scholarship offers financial support to pursue a Master’s degree at any of the UK’s top universities, along with the opportunity to join a global network of 44,000 influential alumni. For the 2018/2019 academic cycle, approximately 1,500 Chevening Scholarships are available worldwide. These scholarships reflect a substantial commitment from the UK government to nurture the next generation of global leaders.
